1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary – (Role Summary)
• Review product , count , sorts or weights and make sure that receiving product according to purchase order and all product are good quality and make sure that receiving report are generate on time and ensure that all activities are carried out honestly , ethically, and within IHG standard.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)
• Responsibility to counts, sorts, or weights incoming goods to verify receipt of items against purchase order.
• Responsibility to review and co-ordinate with other department concern to check and review quality of goods.
• Responsibility to record of rejects product and co-ordinate with purchasing section to follow up for next delivery.
• Make sure that receiving process is completed with get the original invoice together with review for hotel information and detail of product.
• Smooth handling product to store room and direct to department concern.
• Make sure that all invoices are sign and acknowledge by department head concern.
• Co-ordinate with purchasing section for smooth receiving product to avoid of missing or wrong products.
• Review and monitoring of all invoices, purchase order, purchase requisition and Capital form.
• Responsibility to completed of receiving process in MC system according to correct process.
• Ensures that daily receiving report print out on daily and pass to Cost Controller for verification.
• To ensure that receiving area kept in order and clean at all times.
• Responsibilities to maintain and make sure that Receiving jobs function are follow CSA ( Control Self Assessments )
• Using excellent customer service skills establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, officials, and all members of the general public.
• Performs other duties as required

Required Skills –

Qualifications –
• High School or Vocational Certificate in Accounting, Receiving, Purchasing or related field.
Experience –
• 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
